About Us

The Bayside Hills Civic Association is a non-profit organization located in Bayside Hills, New York. Founded in 1935, its purpose is to preserve the tranquil residential environment of Bayside Hills.

Originally, the physical area of the association was limited to the Original "Gross Morton" houses. The Gross Morton company were renowned builders who did substantial development in the boro of Queens, and won many awards for their architectural work.

The Association is supported by contributions from homeowners living in the area. Membership is $25 dollars per year. In addition, many homeowners make contributions to the beautification of the area.
